The Travel Time Estimation (TTE) system operates using travel time measurement devices, also known as traffic condition measurement devices (using Bluetooth and WIFI technology). These devices come with various features, as detailed below:

• Bluetooth Signal Detection Sensor (Bluetooth Detector): Supports detection of Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR class 1 and class 2 signals.
• WIFI Module: Functions as a WIFI detector, operating at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
• Compatibility with Directional and Omni-Directional Antennas: Supports signal detection for traffic in both directions using a single device.
• Built-in GPS Sensor: Includes A-GPS or High Sensitive SiRF Star 4.
• Data Transmission Support: Capable of transmitting data via 3G/4G and TCP/IP.
• Dust and Liquid Protection Standard: Devices meet IP65 standards for dust and liquid protection.
• Operating Temperature Range: Functions effectively at temperatures from -10°C to +50°C.
• Data Transmission to System Database: Devices can transmit detected data to the system database, including information such as the MAC address of detected devices and the timestamp of detection.

The system's functionality is enhanced when integrated with a web application. This application processes the data captured by the devices to calculate and provide information such as travel time and traffic density in specific areas. This helps in effectively advising users on their travel plans.
